Sobriety Definition

We use the acronym LAMP to help share the definition of sexual sobriety. Sexual sobriety is defined as refraining from all forms of:

• L- Lying
• A- Adultery
• M- Masturbation
• P- Pornography

We define sexual purity as being sexual solely through the expression of emotional and spiritual intimacy in the context of heterosexual marriage.  We define relational purity as connecting with others in ways that bring honor to God and bring no dishonor to anyone.
